I watched a how-to video on the internet for installing a sink. It looks easy enough, should I just install it?
One thing many of the how-to videos gloss over is the having the proper tools to do the job. 1 Priority Plumbing equips all of their plumbers with the right tools and education for the job. Rather than spending hundreds of dollars on the right tools, contacting the right plumbing company can actually save you time and money.

My garbage disposal seems to be jammed. How do I un-jam it?
Many times a jammed garbage disposal can be freed up simply by using an allen wrench to manually crank the disposal to dislodge the material causing the jam. First unplug the disposal, locate the insert for the allen wrench on the bottom of the unit, insert the allen wrench, and turn. If that still doesn't work, give 1 Priority Plumbing a call.

The water pressure in my home seems low. How can I find out what's causing it?
Low water pressure can be caused by a variety of factors. Mulfunctioning or partially closed shutoff valves, crimped water lines, and deposits in your lines can contribute to the low pressure. Our experienced plumbers can inspect, diagnose, and fix all your low water pressure problems.

My dishwasher isn't draining completely. What could be the problem?
Dishwashers are designed to leave a small amount of water in the bottom between cycles. If there is still water left when all cycles are complete, there could be several causes including a clogged drain or a faulty motor or electrical unit within the dishwasher. 1 Priority Plumbing can help find the root cause and help you remedy the situation.

I think my toilet is leaking. How can I confirm my suspicions?
Simply, but a few drops of food coloring in your toilet tank. Wait a few minutes and look in your toilet bowl. If you see that color in your bowl, then you suspicions have been confirmed. Call 1 Priority Plumbing and we'll help you fix your leak.
